Fresh start for new Briarville Gardens residents
The first residents of Briarville Gardens, Hartford Homes’ latest development in Ramsey, have crossed the thresholds of their new homes.
Six of the 14 detached properties in the collection of new-builds are now occupied, with the final homes due for completion by April.
Situated in the south of Ramsey, the development is made up of four and five bedroom contemporary homes of various designs with white rendering and cedar cladding.
Director of family-owned Hartford Homes James Greenhalgh said “We’re extremely delighted with the sales at Briarville Gardens and the response we’ve had from many of the residents who’ve already moved has been very encouraging for all involved.”
There are only three properties still available to buy on the site, including two Cambridge house-types and one Oakwood, all of which will feature open-plan living areas, expansive bi-fold doors opening on to rear gardens, garages and private off-road parking.
James added “With the majority of properties sold before the site is complete, it shows there really is a persistent appetite for new-build, modern homes in the Isle of Man. Our developments Island-wide are continuing to sell off plan, often before we’ve laid even a single brick.”
Clare Gelder was one of the very first residents to collect keys. Clare said “We have been very impressed with the standard of our new home at Briarville Gardens. Hartford Homes exceeded our expectations from the start and this has been followed through every step of our purchase.”
She added “The personal attention and prompt communication has been exceptional. We would highly recommended Hartford Homes to future buyers.”
Site manager Chris Corkill, who has overseen the building work since it began last April, said “Thanks to the dedication of the team involved it will have taken around 12 months to build all the homes from start to finish. We are grateful for the co-operation and understanding of the surrounding Ramsey residents during the disruption caused by the construction and welcome the new residents to their new Hartford homes.”
