Hartford Homes is a property development company specialising in the construction and sale of quality new homes on the Isle of Man. The Island-based family firm only creates homes they would live in themselves. Our move to a new apartment at Kensington Place was a big decision for us and meant a complete change of lifestyle. Having previously lived in traditional houses, we can’t deny that we were a little daunted but we needn’t have worried. The Hartford Sales Team could not have been more helpful before, during and after our purchase. And, we quickly settled in to our new lifestyle and enjoyed all that first attracted us to Kensington Place - the quality finish and design of the apartments plus the stunning views and location.

As with all new properties there were some small snags that needed Hartford’s attention but between the sales team and the site manager these were quickly rectified and with very little inconvenience to us.

We viewed the Yately show home at 2pm on the second day of opening and by 4pm, after a coffee, had paid our holding deposit and secured it. We loved the house from the minute we set foot in it and still love it today. The Hartford Sales Team were a joy to deal with – nothing was too much trouble. This is our second Hartford Home and the whole experience has been excellent. Having been the show home there were only a couple of minor snags that needed rectifying and these were dealt with promptly and courteously by the site manager.

We are now about to downsize and are buying our third new home from Hartford just around the corner on Royal Park. Our decision was an easy one - Hartford build a great product and we can’t speak highly enough about the care they have shown to us in our dealings with them. They have taken the stress out of moving and are totally flexible in their approach.

Can we recommend Hartford Homes? Yes, unreservedly!
